About Tanya Wells – Certified Fitness Coach & Wellness Blogger

What if I told you that fitness is the secret to getting more done, building a stronger core, and keeping up with your busy kids—without sacrificing your energy or joy?

I’m Tanya Wells, a Certified Fitness Coach, wellness blogger, and proud mom of two. I’ve spent over a decade studying and applying real-life fitness strategies for women—especially moms—who want to feel strong, confident, and in control of their health. Through my certification in women’s functional fitness and postnatal training, and years of hands-on experience, I’ve helped thousands of moms feel better in their bodies.

At Fit Mom Go, my mission is to provide credible, practical fitness solutions that are realistic and sustainable. Whether you’re following along on our YouTube channel, joining one of our fitness challenges, or participating in our community programs, everything I share is based on proven methods, personal experience, and professional training.

My Experience (and Why It Matters)

My fitness journey started like many others—confused, inconsistent, and driven by the scale. But everything changed when I discovered that sustainable energy and strength come from smart movement and real nutrition, not quick fixes.

After becoming certified and continuing education in pre/postnatal fitness, I maintained a consistent training routine through my pregnancy and returned to wellness with a realistic, gentle, but committed approach. That experience taught me that moms don’t just need “me time.” We need purposeful movement, mental clarity, and support—and that’s what Fit Mom Go delivers.
